Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
Assist customers in selecting products related to gardening, landscaping, and horticulture
Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting
Support landscape maintenance or gardening-related tasks as needed
Manage e-commerce orders and assist with online product inquiries
Provide product knowledge on gardening tools, plants, and related merchandise
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Skills
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and customer service best practices
Familiarity with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with organizational skills
Experience with e-commerce platforms is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods
