Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage office supplies and inventory
-Prepare and manage patient files
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Maintain a clean area/end of day cleaning
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using office software such as Avimark
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a medical office or as a medical receptionist is a plus
