We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly and professional

team in Ballarat.

The role will involve:

Taking phones calls and liaising with clients
Managing bookings
Meeting and greeting clients
Assisting Clinic Coordinator & Operations Manager with day-to-day duties.
Assisting Clinicians, Nurses & Doctors in-room preparation
Retailing products
The successful candidate will:

Articulate and be well presented
Fluent English speaker
Able to multi-task
Well organized
Enthusiastic about the Aesthetic industry
Enjoy working within a small team
Confident in retailing, recommending, and discussing products with clients (training will be
provided)
Confident in using a computer including Microsoft Office.
