About the Receptionist Role:
• Permanent position
• Monday to Thursday, 1.15pm-6.15pm
• £13.50 per hour
• Public transport / parking available
Duties & Responsibilities for the Receptionist Role:
• Greeting patients on arrival
• Collecting payments & cashing up at the end of the day
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering telephone calls
• Responding to email enquiries
• Data entry & general admin duties
Skills / Attributes required for the Receptionist Role:
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Outlook
• Be smartly presented
• Flexibility to cover other staff members
