Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to provide support to a busy and growing Real Estate Agent! You will be responsible for administration, marketing, social media, as well as other duties as described below.
Real estate administrative experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not have real estate experience. Only applicants with relevant experience will be considered at this time.
Location: Markham, ON (Woodbine & Hwy 7)
Job Type: Part-time
Monday - Friday, * am – 5 pm or 6 hours a day (flexible shift times)
15- 20 hours a week (5 hours in office, 15 hours remote)
Wage Range: Starting at $17.60 per hour, increased to $19.00 after probationary period
Applicants must have a minimum of six months of experience in real estate or administrative roles. Wages will be determined based on experience. Candidates with over three years of experience will qualify for a higher hourly wage range and additional hours.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Bookkeeping to assist with financial record-keeping
Handle rental property-related tasks and assist with tenant matters
Organize and archive all transaction files for submission to the company
Organize and maintain the database, including contact input, Excel organization, categorization, and maintenance
Scan and organize documents to ensure proper filing and record-keeping
Deliver flyers to designated locations; occasional driving required
Occasionally drive as needed for work-related tasks
Social Media Post Creation & Related Management (i.e. Newspaper, Flyer, Postcard, etc)
Social Media Advertising & Related Management (i.e. FB, IG, YouTube, TikTok, etc)
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 6 months of administrative or real estate experience is required
High school diploma; students are welcome to apply
Being Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
Proficient in spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, Mailchimp (or equivalent) and Canva; familiarity with real estate software (e.g., ) is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with strong attention to detail and good time management
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability
