Part Time PR and Marketing Admin Assistant
Job Description
Seeking a highly organized, proactive Part Time PR and Marketing Admin Assistant to support a busy executive working across wellness and lifestyle brands. This role is admin forward, with marketing and PR experience required to execute efficiently, communicate professionally, and manage details without hand holding.
A strong interest in wellness, clean beauty, and lifestyle brands is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and editing skills, familiarity with social media management, and a passion for storytelling through various media channels.
Duties
Responsibilities
Provide day to day administrative support for PR and marketing initiatives
Manage inbox support including drafting, sending, and tracking outreach emails
Assist with pitching editors, partners, and brand contacts
Upload and manage content on WordPress and Shopify
Track performance using Google Analytics
Assist with affiliate marketing operations across platforms such as Impact, LTK, and AWIN
Maintain highly organized trackers, spreadsheets, and databases
Manage assets, timelines, and follow ups to keep projects moving
Proactively anticipate needs and flag deadlines or issues
Proofread and edit marketing collateral, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Assist with writing blog posts, newsletters, and other content to enhance brand visibility
Requirements
Some experience in PR, marketing, or communications
Strong administrative skills with polished business email etiquette
Familiarity with wellness and lifestyle brands
Familiar experience with WordPress and Shopify
Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms
Extremely organized, detail oriented, and proactive
Comfortable supporting a fast paced executives
Pay: $20.00 per hour
