Job Description
Acupuncture Health Center looking for a friendly, upbeat front desk receptionist/administrator to join our team. Must be able to offer *5-star customer service*, have a positive attitude and be able to multi-task regularly.
Job duties will consist of (but not limited to):
effectively communicating with patients in a professional manner
greeting patients as they enter and exit the office
checking in/checking out patients
scheduling patients
taking payments
answering phones
input patient information into our computer system
data entry
insurance verifications
ordering supplies
maintaining a clean atmosphere
walking patients to assigned rooms
cleaning and preparing treatment rooms between patients
assisting the doctor as needed.
** Insurance Billing a PLUS!**
This is not a job where you will be sitting in one place all day; it’s busy and fast. Must be able to move easily.
Applicant must be reliable, honest, kind, and compassionate. Past experience in a doctor’s office or billing experience preferred but not required.

1 Part-time position available:
Pay: $18-$20/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday 3:30pm-7:00pm, Wednesday 3:30pm-7:00pm, Friday 2:30pm-5:30pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
