Bigwin Island Muskoka Condominium Corporation #1 (MCC#1) is located on the central part of Lake of Bays. MCC#1 is Muskoka’s first condominium corporation established 1969. Our tight knit community enjoys 4 seasons of recreation and resort style ownership. We have approximately 10+ Acres and 500 feet of shoreline. Our historic building was built in 1920 and now has 74 self contained condo apartments.
Work with us Tuesday - Thursday - September 1st to Thanksgiving
Transportation will be provided to the island from Norway Point.
Job Responsibilities
grounds keeping/landscaping
general maintenance of building and outbuildings
garbage removal
various painting projects
small maintenance projects
assisting owners with luggage both on the mainland and on the island.
driving ferry boat to pickup
