Join our team at BEEST, a Japanese ramen restaurant dedicated to delivering authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for passionate and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook ramen dishes and other menu items according to our recipes and standards.
Assist with food prep, including slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as kitchen staff or in a similar role is highly preferred.
Passion for Japanese cuisine and willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
