Part-Time Java Faculty

Develearn is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Java Faculty to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Java programming to students and professionals, helping them build strong technical foundations and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive Java training sessions (Core Java & Advanced Java)

Develop and update course materials, assignments, and projects

Provide hands-on training with real-world examples and case studies

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

Assist students with doubts, projects, and career guidance

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Java technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP concepts, and Advanced Java topics

Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate is a plus

Good understanding of databases (MySQL/Oracle) and JDBC

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Prior teaching or training experience preferred

Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Java development or training

Work Schedule:

Flexible part-time hours (weekdays/weekends based on batch schedules)
