Job Description
Position Overview
The part-time Content Delivery Specialist (internal job title) is a field-based position averaging approximately 20 hours per week, with a pay rate of $20 per hour. In this role, you will use a company-provided vehicle to transport company educational workshop materials (10 to 15 pounds) to internal Educational Instructional Strategists (Strategist) across New Jersey, portions of New York, and the Philadelphia area. We anticipate 3 designated delivery days per week, with deliveries scheduled on an hourly basis throughout the day.
In this field-based position, you are responsible for the timely pickup, transportation, and delivery of materials, ensuring Strategists receive complete and accurate resources needed to support successful external client workshop facilitation. This position is essential to the operational lifecycle supporting effective workshop delivery.
Work Schedule
The preferred work schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during core business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm); however, we are open to creating a schedule that works for the selected candidate, provided the position maintains a total of 20 hours per week during core business hours.
The pickup location is 1318 Route 31 North, Annandale NJ 08801
Please note, the volume of work is cyclical and weekly hours will increase during high-volume weeks, including up to 40 hours per week. We anticipate these peak period weeks to occur 4 to 8 times in a calendar year.

Essential Responsibilities
Pick up prepared workshop materials from the office
Deliver materials to assigned Instructional Strategists at designated locations
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
Load, transport, and unload materials safely and accurately
Ensure all materials are handled with care and delivered on time
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery bins and company vehicle
Report delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly
Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards
Required Skills and Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of relevant delivery or route driving experience
State driver’s license with a clean driving record; no previous DUI convictions; successfully pass MVR
Ability to operate a company-provided mid-size SUV cross-over
Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure to manage delivery schedules and changing priorities while traveling throughout urban and rural areas in varying weather conditions using personal navigation tools and basic communication technology
Ability to lift and transport bins/materials regularly, approximately 10-15 lbs
Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with educational strategist and local office staff
Essential Work Behaviors:
Reliable and punctual in meeting scheduled pickups, deliveries, and route requirements
Strong time management with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and delivery demands
High attention to detail and accountability in handling and delivering materials accurately and securely
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Primarily field-based role involving regular travel throughout assigned territories in varying traffic, road, and weather conditions during deliveries
Ability to use personal mobile technology for navigation, communication, and route coordination within a company-provided vehicle
Frequent and prolonged periods of driving, sitting and loading/unloading of material bins
Frequent walking from street parking to residential delivery sites
Schedule may vary during peak academic delivery periods and operational deadlines
Delivery logistics and routes will be pre-determined and are expected to be followed accurately and consistently
