Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. * Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access. * Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation of complex issues. * Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Schedule Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your life, with flexible hours that allow you to balance work and personal responsibilities.
