Job Title: Part Time Children's Centre Receptionist

Based in West Bromwich, Sandwell.

£13.10 per hour

A Children's Centre which deals with the local community and runs a number of children's parent groups is looking for a Children's Centre Receptionist.
About the Role:
• Long-term contract from January 2026 to March 2026
• 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, +am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
• Support at the front desk reception, including signing in visitors, opening gates into the car park, and signing for deliveries
• General admin tasks such as scanning and shredding documents
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong IT skills for using multiple in-house systems
• Strong communication skills
• Recent experience working as a school receptionist with satisfactory references
• Enhanced DBS check
