Prepare recurring client reports and status updates.
Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining onboarding documentation.
Coordinate client projects and track task progress.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Organize digital files and maintain accurate client records.
Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Provide regular client updates through email and other communication platforms.
Identify and communicate project issues or pending action items.
Coordinate internally to ensure client requests are completed efficiently.
Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients and team members.
Create branded graphics and social media content using Canva.
Upload and schedule content using social media scheduling platforms.
Manage content calendars and ensure content is published on schedule.
Coordinate client approvals for social media content before publishing.
Maintain organized content libraries and digital assets.

Hard Requirements:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
Experience creating social media graphics using Canva.
Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms and content calendar management.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Schedule:

20 hours per week
Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM CST
