The City’s busy Parks Services team is looking for dedicated and reliable Turf Maintainer to join our experienced and passionate team.
The City has over 300 parks and reserves. Working in this beautiful environment will offer you the opportunity to expand and enhance your skills, while contributing to the wider community.
Your role will see you undertake Ride On mowing duties, use of whipper snippers, edgers, general gardening, weed spraying and pruning.
Other requirements of the position include:
Experience in turf management.
Experience using Ride on mowing and other equipment.
MR Licence or willing to obtain.
White Card
Basic Traffic management ticket or willing to obtain.
Chainsaw operation ticket or willing to obtain.
Excellent customer service skills
Solid understanding of safety protocols
Hourly Rate: $35.43 up to $36.+8 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Hours: 6.45 am - 4.00 pm
