Your Role in Creating Change
As a Parent Pathways Mentor, you’ll work closely with local community and government services to deliver personalised, family-focused support. Working in Marraylands, you’ll be part of a collaborative effort to build a just and compassionate society, uplifting families and helping them achieve their goals.

What You’ll Bring
Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Human Services (Social Work, Education, Youth Work, Employment Services) or equivalent experience.
Training in working with families facing complex needs.
Experience in case management and working with marginalised individuals.
Certifications:
Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC qualification.
DHS Working with Children Check.
DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Skills & Commitment:
Strong community engagement and networking abilities.
Knowledge of educational and vocational pathways.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
A deep commitment to social inclusion and quality service delivery.
