Paralegal With Litigation Focus

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with court staff, attorneys, and clients
Draft and edit correspondence and documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings
Prepare and file court documents, including discovery and evidentiary materials
Research and analyze complex legal issues and gather evidence
Coordinated office functions, including calendaring and scheduling
Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
Paralegal certification is preferred but not required
5+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm
Experience in both business and real estate matters
Experience in both transactional and litigation
