Our well-established client is looking for a paralegal to provide support to their busy private client team, based at their New Milton office.
responsibilities.
• You will provide legal and administrative support to our private client team
• Assisting in the management of a caseload of private client matters focusing on wills & probate work
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients in person, by telephone and correspondence, taking enquiries, making appointments
• Managing client files and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
• Providing general administrative support to the team

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Highly motivated, proactive individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• Proactive and able to use initiative to solve problems
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and have an excellent telephone manner
• Experience of case management systems and digital dictation
• A genuine interest in private client law and a desire to develop your skills in this area
