Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of the project.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring all surfaces meet company standards.
Skills

Proficient in painting techniques, including commercial and industrial applications.
Strong knowledge of caulking methods and materials.
Working at Heights
Ability to work well in a team setting while also being self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
