We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home maintenance and repair, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
Simple construction tasks, divider walls, work benches, air lines, data cables...etc.
Document completed work and report any additional issues or necessary repairs to management.
Adhere to all safety protocols while performing tasks on-site.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong background in home repair and maintenance.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required.

Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour
