Overview

We are looking for a talented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial and construction painting, utilizing various tools and techniques to achieve exceptional results. Duties

- Perform interior and exterior painting including cutting in, rolling, spraying, masking, and thorough surface preparation

- Carry out drywall / wood repairs, caulking, and minor taping / mudding as required

- Remove textured ceilings and apply Level 5 skim coats

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times

- Communicate effectively with project managers and team leads

Experience

- At least 5 years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)

- Proficient in spraying, surface preparation, and masking techniques

- Must have reliable transportation and a complete set of painting tools

- Valid WSIB coverage and $2 million general liability insurance

- Working at Heights certification (required for exterior or elevated projects)

- Ability to follow instructions, use specified products, and deliver high-quality finishes

- Professional attitude — we work only with painters who take pride in their workmanship

Pay

You are responsible for providing us with an invoice at the end of every week and payment will be made the following week.

Payment rate to be determined based on experience and efficiency. Average is $40 per hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
