Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting painters with preparation of surfaces and materials.
• Applying paint under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Using ladders scaffold (comfortable with heights)
• Prior experience in painting or construction is a plus but not required.
• Own reliable transportation and hold a valid driver's license
• Have a clean criminal record (Some of the jobs we do require security clearances)
