Painter Blasters
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Painter Blasters for exciting upcoming projects specifically in Darwin, Northern Territory. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-profile projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and blasting as needed.
Applying protective coatings to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Ensuring all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
Inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
About You
Minimum 2 years’ proven experience and valid nationally recognised Trade Certification in painting and blasting at various levels.
Previous experience within the mining resources industry or similar.
Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures in the painting and blasting industry.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
Current Working at Heights and Confined Space (less than 2 years old).
Hold a nationally accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card).
Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rates of pay ranging between $42.03 - $55.00 (qualification/experience and project dependent).
Standard working week of 40 – 60 hours, working 8 - 12 hours per day with additional penalty rates offered for overtime, weekend and public holiday work (site and project dependent).
