Job Description:
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Science, Business, or a relevant field.
Responsibilities:
1.Digital Marketing Expertise:
• Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on paid advertising.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Experience with Natives, Media Buying, and other Digital Platforms is highly desirable.
2. Campaign Management:
• Background in agency work, overseeing multiple mid to large-scale campaigns.
• Ability to independently handle clients, conduct monthly reviews, and provide ongoing client servicing.
3. Communication and Soft Skills:
• Possess excellent communication and soft skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Comfortable with client interaction, including presenting campaign results, strategies, and recommendations.
4. Analytical Skills:
• Proficient in using tools like Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Science, Business, or a relevant field.
• Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus.
Key Competencies:
• Proactive Problem Solver: Capable of identifying issues and proactively providing solutions to improve campaign performance.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and other marketing professionals.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
