Job Description
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and managing Finished goods storage.
Ensure that all packing activities are carried out efficiently and meet as per Food quality standards. FSS Packing Machine Knowledge and also Manual Packing.
Planning as per production order, containers to be dispatch, and other packaging material Handling.
Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments and also for packing materials.
Starts, adjusts, and repairs packaging machinery, or notifies maintenance department.
Performs other duties as in charge. Monitoring the other Supervisors for Packing and Dispatch. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of packed products.
Resolve any packing-related issues or complaints from customers or internal stakeholders in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Must Have Experience in FMCG Packing
Experience of Min. 5 - to 7 years.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
