Job Title: Packing Chemist

• About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Packing Chemist to oversee the packaging operations in our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring all packing activities comply with GMP, SOP, and regulatory standards, maintaining quality, accuracy, and timely completion of production schedules.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute packing operations as per Batch Packing Record (BPR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).:
- Ensure line clearance, correct labeling, and reconciliation of packing materials before and after each batch.
- Maintain GMP, GDP, and safety standards throughout the packing area.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams to resolve in-process issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Verify machine settings and ensure proper functioning of blister, strip, bottle, or carton packing lines.:
- Review and sign all relevant documentation including BPRs, logbooks, and deviation reports.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product integrity, labeling accuracy, and batch traceability.
- Ensure timely completion of batches as per the production plan and minimize material wastage.
