Job Title: Packing and Inventory Executive
Locations: Pune (Maharashtra)
Kannur (Kerala)
Mangaluru (Karnataka)
Salary Range: 13,500 INR to 30,000 INR per month (Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary: As a Packing and Inventory Executive at our premier American authentic burger restaurant, you will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and overseeing the packing of food orders. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant's supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the restaurant's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
• Oversee the packing of food orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Monitor stock levels, track expiration dates, and reduce waste.
• Handle vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate stock needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Uphold high grooming and uniform standards.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge about restaurant products and various cuisine offerings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain customer service standards.
• Must be willing to work in shifts.
