Assistant manager - Packaging Development Position
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to support our Packaging Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for timely Launches of NPD in personal care and Make up Range Category. Your expertise in Packaging development, Vendor Development / Management and Sourcing experiences will help us to achieve our revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for timely Launches of NPD in personal and Make up Range Category.
• Prior exposure on Innovation and core development in personal care and colour cosmetics.
• Vendor Development (Domestic and International)
• Project Management
• Skillset in Innovations
• Internal and External Stakeholder Management
• Understanding on Various Printing and Decoration Techniques used in Primary and Secondary Packaging.
• Negotiation Skills
• Willing to Travel across country for Vendor Visits/ Trials
• Prior experience in Packaging material Procurement and Sourcing.
• Prior exposure to working with international packaging vendors. Qualifications:
• Proven experience (4 - 5 years) in Packaging Material, New Product Development
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, etc.)
• In-depth technical knowledge of Primary Packaging used in personal care and Color Cosmetics
• Good spoken and written Communication skills.
