Packaging Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Management

Ensure all products are packaged according to company standards and customer specifications.
Monitor packaging quality, materials, and inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely packaging and shipment.
Optimize packaging processes to reduce material wastage and improve cost efficiency.
Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations related to packaging.
Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verifications.
Track and report inventory levels, discrepancies, and stock aging.
Collaborate with procurement and production teams for material requisition and stock forecasting.
Implement FIFO/FEFO and other inventory control methods to manage warehouse flow.
Generate regular inventory and packaging usage reports.
