Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers based on campaign and lead lists. Explain products or services offered by the company in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. Follow a prepared script or use conversational skills to address customer needs and interests. Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions or products. Generate leads, book appointments, or close sales as per the assigned targets. 2. Inbound Call Handling (Blended Process): Answer incoming calls from customers related to product inquiries, complaints, or support requests. Provide accurate information, resolve issues, or escalate calls to the concerned departments when necessary. Ensure prompt and professional responses to all customer concerns. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to maintain and improve client satisfaction. Follow up with customers for feedback, renewal, or further requirements as per process flow. Maintain a courteous and positive tone during all interactions. 4. Documentation and Data Entry: Enter details of each interaction into the CRM or designated system accurately and in real-time. Update call outcomes, lead status, follow-up dates, and any additional notes. Generate reports for daily calls, conversions, feedback, and unresolved issues. 5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., call volume, lead conversion, sales). Handle rejection positively and remain motivated to reach goals consistently. 6. Quality and Compliance: Follow process guidelines and quality parameters strictly. Adhere to call scripts, sales techniques, and customer service protocols. Ensure data privacy and maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
