Responsibilities

PL Management: Revenue and margin expansion

- Identify opportunities to increase cleaning and services revenue from customers - and homeowners via internal and external benchmarking.

- Work with local offices to identify new opportunities and levers for revenue increase.

Operations and Vendor Management:

- Identify the right vendors and negotiate the best pricing for cleaning operations -across Denmark. Define SLAs and performance management criteria.

- Collaborate with local and central teams to ensure effective vendor performance management and SLA adherence.

GA Cost and Payment Management:

- Develop principles, budget thresholds, and payment SLAs for invoice teams to ensure budget and spend control.

- Lead the rollout and adoption of ERP AP processes and systems across business units.

Desired Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in operation excellence, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in managing geographically spread large teams.

- Ability to standardize operations and drive revenue growth.

- Willing to be flexible to work on weekends with necessary compensatory offs.

- Willing to travel as required.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
