Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner/Writer role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves planning and creating written content for various business needs, including marketing materials, website pages, product descriptions, and internal documentation. The Owner/Writer will manage the content calendar, coordinate with any collaborators or vendors, and ensure that all materials align with the brand’s voice and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include researching topics relevant to the business, drafting and revising content, reviewing and proofreading materials for accuracy and clarity, and maintaining organized records of content and approvals. The role also includes monitoring audience feedback and performance metrics and using insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

• Candidates should possess strong content creation skills, including writing clear, engaging copy and adapting tone for different formats and audiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in editing and proofreading to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
• Candidates should possess research and analytical skills to gather information, verify facts, and translate insights into relevant, high-quality content.
• Candidates should possess basic digital and content marketing knowledge to support online presence, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Relevant experience in writing or content development for business or creative projects is preferred; familiarity with the UAE market or audience is an added advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Literature, Business, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
