Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Counsellor's role starts after student's documents are received for profile evaluation.
2. Do profile evaluation based on documents received.
3. Understand student's profile and counsel accordingly for different countries.
4. Shortlist courses and university options
5. Convert students to apply and then the application team takes over.
6. No pressure to push or promote any particular university, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should be hardworking and honest.
2. Should have desire to grow with the organisation (we are growing at a rapid pace every year).
3. Should have 1 year of work experience (preferably 2) as a study abroad counsellor.
4. Should be well versed with the use of Internet
