Overseas Sales Engineer, North America =Leetx
Job Description
Develop and optimize a strong partner network across North America and Brazil, including distributors, system integrators, and strategic allies—with strong emphasis on those serving automotive OEMs and automotive component suppliers
Build and nurture trusted relationships with key accounts—including automotive OEM engineering & procurement teams, leading industrial SIs, and Tier 1–2 manufacturing enterprises — to understand technical requirements, align solutions, and secure long-term collaboration
Lead technical validation and pilot testing efforts with target customers to support brand adoption
Plan and execute on-the-ground sales initiatives—product demos, technical seminars, trade shows, and customer visits—to uncover needs and convert opportunities into orders
Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to drive local marketing activities and gather market intelligence
Implement HQ’s global strategy to ensure sustained growth and market penetration in North America
Partner with the after-sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and project delivery experience
Work closely with the finance team to improve payment efficiency and overall financial performance
Be willing to travel frequently across North America for business development and client engagement
Continuously sharpen your sales expertise, market insight, and leadership capabilities
