• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the overseas education system, including university rankings, program offerings, and scholarship opportunities.
• Advise students on the visa application process, including the documentation required, interview preparation, and financial considerations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' academic backgrounds, interests, and goals to recommend suitable universities and programs.
• Assist students in crafting compelling application materials, such as essays, personal statements, and recommendation letters.
• Collaborate with university admissions offices to track application statuses, resolve issues, and facilitate effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and visa-related documents.
• Stay abreast of changing immigration policies, visa regulations, and international student guidelines to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Counseling, International Relations).
• Proven experience as an Abroad Education Counselor and student visa process.
• In-depth knowledge of the abroad education system, universities, admissions requirements, and academic programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of the visa application process, including financial requirements for student visas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and educational institutions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in online application platforms, databases, and communication tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
