Designation: Audit Executive

Salary : 25k - 35k

Location : Ahmadabad

Auditing all the Admissions & Mentors reports and compilation from MIS team and then send it to all HOD.

Up to date knowledge of product and processes

Timely Auditing of reports and all processes

Updating entries in excel file, generate reports in excel using advanced excel functions

Managing manpower activity & work status on a day to day basis and highlighting the errors in reports.

Providing work orders with detailed description of the employees.

Keeping track and providing detailed description of employees to the assigned superiors.

Handle all Audit related query

Ensuring all data entry work is being done correctly by MIS.

Ensure all the missing data in reports is updated.

Carry out any task assigned by the Management from time to time

Responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining

accurate records of valuable information.

• Essential data entry skills, like fast typing and familiarity with spreadsheets and near

drive.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date and usable information in our systems.

• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

• Send a daily report to the designated senior before the end of the day.

• Work with technology, using specialized types of software to store and organize a

company’s data and this could include a variety of information.

• Any other tasks and coordination related to operations.

• Carry out any task assigned by the Management from time to time

You will additionally perform any and all tasks and duties associated with the Scope of Work set

forth above, including but not limited to, work being performed already or related change orders.
