This is a full-time, in-person sales job. You're out in the field every day, face to face with customers in Calgary or Edmonton. There is no desk version of this job.
- You already live in Calgary or Edmonton, or you're moving here before your start date
- You're legally allowed to work in Canada. We don't sponsor work permits or handle immigration
THE ROLE
Face-to-face direct sales, out in the field. You'll work a provided territory with a proven system: scripts, tracking, and daily coaching. Your job is the conversations. You earn a commission on every residential solar installation you sell, paid weekly, uncapped. There is no fixed base salary; your earnings depend entirely on your sales results. Reps who consistently meet expectations typically earn CA$80,000 to CA$100,000 a year. Top performers earn more.
WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE
- Field hours when customers are actually available, mostly afternoons and evenings
- Daily coaching and live objection roleplay
- A mentor whose numbers are on the board next to yours
