Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to clients
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
Strong negotiation and business development skills
Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on customer service excellence
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Analytical skills to assess market data and develop strategic approaches
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred for engaging with diverse markets
Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies that drive sales growth
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving targets and expanding business opportunities
Pay: $25,968.00-$50,960.00 per year
