Responsibilities of the role:
Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
Support the service manager with preparation and service delivery.
Assist with food preparation and setting up/packing up activities.
Supervision of children and ensuring their safety within the program.
Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.
Here's what we are looking for:
To be considered, you will need (or be willing to obtain) the following:
Valid Paid Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
Mandatory Reporting Certificate (Early Childhood) -https://protectngstraining.education.vic.gov.au/courses/16772/enrollment/new
Food Safety Certificate - https://dofoodsafely.health.vic.gov.au/index.php/en/
Previous experience in the childcare industry (If not working towards or qualified in an ACECQA approved qualification)
Highly regarded but non-essential:
CHCPRT025 - Identify and respond Children and Young People at Risk
Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training)
Completed, working towards or willing to enrol in an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Level qualification.
