Job Opening: Outreach & Communications Associate
Full-Time Mumbai ₹4–6 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, articulate, and driven individual to join our team as an Outreach & Communications Associate, serving as the public face of the organisation in stakeholder engagements, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Sneh Asha Foundation in meetings with government officials, CSR teams, corporate partners, and institutional funders
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches for external stakeholder meetings
Support the leadership team in building and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders
Draft communication materials including mailers, outreach decks, reports, and stakeholder updates
Coordinate and attend events, programme visits, and external engagements on behalf of the foundation
Maintain organised records of stakeholder interactions, follow-ups, and partnership pipelines
Contribute to the foundation’s external communications and thought leadership content
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
MBA graduate (freshers welcome); preference for candidates with a specialisation in Marketing or Communications
Skills & Competencies
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, comfortable in formal meetings and high-stakes conversations
Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and professional communication tools
Ability to understand organisational context quickly and represent it clearly to diverse audiences
Professional demeanour with the confidence to represent the organisation credibly across varied settings
Strong organisational skills with a track record of follow-through
Language Requirements
English (Written & Spoken) — Proficiency in English is essential. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly, draft professional documents, and hold meetings in English with confidence.
Marathi (Written & Spoken) — Working knowledge of Marathi is strongly preferred, given our operational presence across Maharashtra
