Job Description
Thank you for your interest in a Service Technician position at NaturaLawn of America.
NaturaLawn of America is the leader in local, organic-based lawn care. For over 30 years, we have been providing homeowners with safer alternatives to their lawn care, pest control and seeding needs. Based out of Delran, NJ, we service all of Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, Hunterdon, Somerset and Salem Counties.
The available position is for an Aeration & Seeding Technician. Technicians in this role complete aeration & seeding services from late summer through the fall. Aeration & Seeding Technicians are offered 10-15 hours of Overtime each week without having to work weekends!!
No experience is necessary - all training will be provided and paid!
Employee acknowledgment programs are in place for anniversaries, certifications earned, monthly safety, and overall top monthly performers. After 60 days, employees are offered health benefits. After 90, PTO time begins to accrue. And after 1 year of employment, enrollment into our 401k program is offered.
NaturaLawn of America is a drug-free workplace. You must have a clean, valid driver's license to apply for this position. Applicants with DUI's, at-fault accidents, and/or speeding tickets within the last 5 years may not be eligible for the position. You must have reliable transportation. Public transportation is not available for the hours of this position.
Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs or more consistently throughout the workday. Most importantly, candidates should be looking for a career opportunity. This position takes a full year to learn - we are looking to add more long term employees to a technician staff that already carries a 5+ year tenure. EEOC.
