Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outdoor Media Planner & Buyer role based in New Delhi. The role involves planning and executing outdoor media campaigns across formats such as hoardings, billboards, unipoles, BQS, and retail branding, aligned with client objectives and budgets. The Outdoor Media Planner & Buyer will research markets, evaluate locations, assess audience reach, and negotiate with media vendors to secure optimal sites and rates. Daily responsibilities include preparing media plans, schedules, and costing, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for timely installation and execution, and monitoring campaign performance. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and presentations for clients, and staying updated on emerging outdoor and new media opportunities.
Qualifications
• Strong Media Planning and Media Strategy skills to design effective outdoor campaigns and optimize media mix.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate locations, interpret audience and performance data, and support data-informed decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, and for preparing clear proposals and reports.
• Familiarity with New Media and emerging out-of-home formats, with the ability to integrate them into traditional outdoor plans when appropriate.
• Prior experience in outdoor media, OOH advertising, or media buying, preferably with multi-city or pan-India campaigns.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic media planning/reporting tools.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits to media locations, and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
