About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Field Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition.
The role involves outbound lead generation, field sales meetings, relationship building with exporters.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, referrals, networking).
• Conduct field meetings with exporters to understand their working capital requirements.
• Pitch unsecured business loan products tailored for exporters involved in cross border trading.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement coordination.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
Eligibility & Experience:
• 3 - 8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within Fintech, Banking (SME/BBG), Logistics/Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Finance, or Export Houses.
• Experience in unsecured lending or export finance is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in outbound sales and field-based acquisition.
• Prior experience working with bank channel partnerships is a strong advantage.
