We are hiring a Customer service representative to manage customer queries, complaints and outbound sales. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Experience: 01 to 2 Years experience in customer service outbound sales

Location: Work from home

Excellent communication, able to crack the versant test.

Budget: 16-18k in hand depend on interview performance

Responsibilities:
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
Create, maintain and update a database of customers with complete information and emails.
Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
Record outbound call history and customer response in detail.
Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for their own products or services.
Handle customer needs and requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments.
Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
