Job Description Summary
Aussie Broadband’s purpose is to change the game. As one of our Outbound Sales Consultants you'll support the growth of our business.
This is a permanent role based in Dandenong South, working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating roster.
The working hours are between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

Proficient computer literacy and data entry skills for notetaking and using basic software packages.

Our Outbound team only contacts customers who have shown interest in our products or requested a callback through our website.
We encourage you to be authentic and engage in natural conversations with customers.
Prioritise customer satisfaction by understanding their needs through effective questioning techniques, product usage analysis, and following standard procedures.
Provide customers with comprehensive information about our products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Maximise revenue by addressing all of the customers' telecommunication needs.
Ensure accurate data entry of customer details into our systems.
