The State Government Of Victoria, Australia is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Out of School Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing support to children in the out-of-school hours care program.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small close-knit semi-rural community located in Toolamba, 17 kilometres south of Shepparton on the western side of the Goulburn River.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with and provide information to parents, staff, and students about school administration procedures and policy.
Provide a document preparation service for the school community.
Coordinate the distribution of school newsletters, circulars, and other documentation to be provided to the school community.
Provide administrative support for specific school programs.
Liaise with service providers, welfare agencies, and relevant organisations to facilitate student referral.
Develop and adapt work methods and organise systems of classification, maintenance, and ordering in a school resource centre.
Requirements
Hold a valid Working With Children Check.
Hold a minimum Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or working towards a Bachelor of Education.
Hold a valid First Aid Certificate and be willing to work towards further training required.
