Soko Express is seeking experienced and reliable Owner-Operators with Sprinter Vans or Cargo Vans to join our growing transportation network. We provide consistent freight opportunities, competitive compensation, and dedicated support to help independent drivers maximize their success on the road.

Dedicated dispatchers focused on helping you stay loaded and profitable

No forced dispatch—you choose the loads that fit your schedule
Transparent payroll with easy access to payment information
Weekly direct deposit payments, typically processed by Tuesday (Wednesday at the latest)
Additional compensation for detention, layovers, and TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used)
Estimated Weekly Gross Revenue
OTR Owner-Operators: $1,000–$2,500+ gross revenue per week
Average road time: 10–12 days per trip
Qualifications
Own and operate a Sprinter Van or Cargo Van
Valid driver's license and current vehicle registration
Active commercial insurance coverage
Professional attitude and strong communication skills
Commitment to safe and reliable service
