My Dispatchers Are Mexican/Hispanic So I'm In Need Of (Mexican/Hispanic/Latino Drivers) Or Drivers That Can Speak (Spanish) Very Well. This Helps Lessen A lot Of Confusion Between The Dispatcher & Driver
Please be aware that this job requires you to be “otr” for atleast 3-4 Weeks At A Time With 1 Week Off. There is no garuntee that you well be home every weekend. We look for drivers with a very flexible schedule. Some Of The Freight Will Be No Touch Freight And Some Frieght May Also Need “Driver Assist”. I Prefer Young (Fit) Drivers Who Have The Flexibility Of Lifting/Unloading Loads Without Putting Any Strain On Their Body. Drivers Have the option of sleeping in the front bench area of the truck to save money on hotels if you decide to purchase a hotel that would be the 10-99 contracters decision. You will be paid 20% Of each load we receive so for example if we gross 5k a week you would looking at a average pay of $1000 A Week. However if you comply and follow orders we could potentially talk about raising the pay. We issue 10-99’s so you would have to file taxes on your own as an independent contractor. Once one load is dropped off another load will be ready for you to pick up. We specifically look for (Male) drivers due to “driver assist” all drivers must have no accidents or tickets on your record within the past 5-7 Years. All Drivers Are Required To Work 2 Weeks In The Hole Just To Accomodate Approximately $2000 We Hold This As A Deposit To Ensure That Drivers Dont Abandon Truck In Another State And We Also Do This To Cover Any Damges To Truck From Drivers. You Will Be Paid Your (Deposit Check) Once Truck Is Returned With No Damages.
