Job Description
OTM & Supply chain (Including hands on OTM SaaS experience) experience.
Have worked on configuration, setup, design and development of the product and integration (REST/SOAP) systems.
He/she will work on features, gaps, customization, configurations that is required to enable the business process. Obtain business requirements and use cases / user stories from Product and Service Delivery, Supply, Distribution and Operation Planning Domains and work on enhancements.
He will participate and collaborate as part of Scrum Team for knowledge growth in the technology areas.
He/She needs to ensure effective delivery of the work to ensure the quality delivery handles exception cases, roll-back scenarios and identify cases.
Provide ad-hoc support to the Global Distribution organization users of TMS. Conduct User testing and validation.
Work closely with the OTM Team Lead and IT PM to propose alternative solutions and improve existing processes
