Responsibilities:
• Prepare the operation theatre and ensure all necessary equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile environment in the operation theatre to prevent infections.
• Monitor and manage surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after surgery.
• Ensure proper functioning of all OT equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Support the surgical team with patient preparation and positioning.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as an OT Technician, preferably with BLK-Max Healthcare Super Speciality Hospital or a similar institution.
• Strong understanding of OT procedures and sterile techniques.
